Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event
channels to enhance brand visibility and support business goals. This role works closely with the Marketing
Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign activities, assist with content creation, manage
marketing assets, and help track campaign performance. We are currently accepting candidates from Houston, Dallas, or the DFW area.

Responsibilities

● Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across digital
and traditional platforms.
● Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for trade shows, events, webinars, and internal marketing
initiatives
● Assist with creating and editing content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing
collateral.
● Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking key dates, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
● Manage and organize digital assets, branded templates, and marketing resources
● Collaborate with creative, digital, and communications teams to ensure materials align with brand
guidelines.
● Conduct market research, compile competitive analysis, and help gather insights to inform marketing
efforts
● Assist in website updates and performance tracking using basic CMS tools and analytics platforms.
● Monitor social media accounts and assist in scheduling and responding to audience engagement.
● Track and report on campaign performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
● Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, English or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications support role (internship or co-op experience
acceptable). 
● 2-4 years of experience in a marketing preferred. 

● Experience with InDesign preferred.

● DAM experience (OpenAsset, Media Valet) preferred 
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization
● Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Experience with marketing platforms or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, CMS
platforms) is a plus.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
● Positive, proactive, and eager to learn about integrated marketing and brand development.
● Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to take initiative in supporting team goals.

Travel Requirements

• This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional
travel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or
company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business
needs.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a
desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
• The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent
communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person
and through virtual platforms.
• The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office
materials up to 15 pounds.
