The Operations Analyst supports business transformation and process improvement initiatives through strategic analysis,
reporting, and project execution. This role contributes to the multi-year Enterprise Application Suite implementation,
including ERP, CRM, HCM, and operational systems—by collaborating with business leaders and internal/external partners
to deliver data-driven insights, support process optimization, and enhance enterprise-wide systems. The Operations
Analyst leads training, communications planning, and execution efforts to support organizational objectives.
• Identify workflow and system improvement opportunities; advise and support management in executing
change.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
• Design and administer efficient data collection and analysis methods for process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct interviews, analyze operations, and review data sources to define project scope and recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytical and employee teams to implement solutions for complex problems.
• Prepare project estimates including phases, personnel requirements, and cost analysis.
• Analyze system and process capabilities, identify alternative solutions, and produce system specifications using
statistical and optimization tools.
• Provide training and documentation for new/revised systems and assess effectiveness of post-implementation.
• Maintain system integrity and security by adhering to organizational standards.
• Stay current with industry practices through continued education, networking, and participation in professional
societies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to derive trends and conduct risk/reward analysis.
• Understanding of ERP systems preferred; experience with Deltek products a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation and storytelling ability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools.
• This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
• The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms.
• The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.
