The Senior Manager, Business Transformation is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that drive
strategic change, operational improvement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners with senior
leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and implement solutions
that support long-term business growth and performance.
● Lead the planning and execution of business transformation initiatives, including process optimization, organizational change, and technology implementation.
● Collaborate with leadership to identify key areas for improvement and develop strategic transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
● Manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance goals are met.
● Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization and scalability.
● Facilitate stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication efforts to support successful project adoption and cultural alignment.
● Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate project success and drive continuous improvement.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement tools, systems, or structural changes that support transformation goals.
● Provide coaching and guidance to internal teams on project methodology, transformation best practices, and change leadership.
● Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as digital transformation, operational efficiency programs, or post-merger integrations.
● Promote a mindset of innovation, collaboration, and accountability throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, process improvement, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Proven success managing complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), change management frameworks, and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and lead through ambiguity.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in matrixed or multi-site environments.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are a plus.
• This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
• The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms.
• The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.
