Summary 

    

UES is seeking an Human Resources l for our Southeast region (Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia. This is a full-time position with regular office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is hybrid based out of the Hiram, GA office. This position will help support the region's recruiting and human resources needs. 

Responsibilities

 

Please note that the duties below may vary based on the changing needs of the company.  

  • Build relationships with Southeast Region leadership team to understand current and future staffing needs. 
  • Assist in source candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods. 
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics. 
  • Schedule and attend job fairs.
  • Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed. 
  • Assist in audits of the company systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

USD $41,600.00 - USD $52,000.00 /Yr.
