We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant III to provide senior-level administrative support, manage complex tasks, and oversee department operations with a high degree of autonomy. As a key member of the administrative team, the Administrative Assistant III will be responsible for executive-level support, high-level project coordination, and optimizing department operations.


This role requires strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills, along with the ability to handle confidential and high-priority matters with discretion. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional looking to step into a strategic administrative role that contributes to the efficiency and success of the department.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Representative is responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts and developing new business for UES
  • Responsible for executing the sales goals and objectives established by the Branch Manager, as well as the Regional Sales Manager, and assuring that these objectives are used as guidelines for the day-to-day outside sales activities of the business.
  • Responsible for providing support for the business' sales and marketing teams.
  • Visits clients and prospective clients. Communicates with employees and business contacts to maintain successful prospecting and closing skills.
  • To generate sales that meet the company’s margin objectives through the identification and conversion of leads, referrals, and add-on opportunities.
  • Ensure the adequacy of lead times and quality of communications to ensure that workflows are correctly controlled and planned throughout the sales and project process.
  • Utilize the sales reporting and planning tools developed to efficiently and adequately manage your time and sales effort.
  • Maintain a presence in the field with new and existing clients to support the sales process and customer development effort. Use this to cultivate follow-on and referral business.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of communication between the customer and the in-house team. Constantly maintain high-quality communications, service, and response to customer's needs and inquiries.
  • Assist in proposal preparations for those opportunities developed.
  • Follow-up on all proposals.
  • Assist in the completion of RFP and vendor application requests.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside sales required.
  • Engineering or construction sales experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
